When making reservations, you need to specifically state the correct company name; otherwise, the Reservation Coordinators will be unable to confirm a room at the special corporate rate. If a dedicated travel agency handles your company’s reservations, please provide the agency name, main contact, address, and phone and fax numbers. We will be responsible to forward the necessary information to our Headquarters for proper loading into the correspondent GDS systems, and to authorize the rate access code to book the negotiated rate.

IMPORTANT: A credit card number with expiration date must be provided in order to expedite the reservation process. The card will only be used to guarantee. All pertinent charges will be applied to the credit card presented at the time of check in unless otherwise instructed.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
   Hotel check-in is posted at 4:00 PM. Anyone arriving prior to 4:00 PM will be accommodated, as rooms become available. Our bell staff can store their luggage. Hotel checkout time is 12 noon. Arrangements may be made for late checkout, whenever possible. Confirmed late check out will be provided only if available upon departure date, and there will be a $100.00 charge applied.
    
2. GUARANTEE POLICY
   Confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. In order to hold the room for a later arrival, the individual or company must guarantee payment for the first night’s room rate with a credit card
    
3. BILLING
   Unless other arrangements are made, all billing for hotel rooms will be handled on an individual basis. Direct billing procedures and application must be managed by and requested to our Accounting Department, at (787) 791-6100 extension 4246. Verification and approval process takes about 60 days.
    
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
   Cancellations must be made prior to 6:00 PM on the date of arrival. Reservations can only be canceled by calling directly our Reservation Department at 787-791-6100. Once a cancellation number has been received, the reservation is officially canceled. Failure to call and cancel a guaranteed reservation will result in a penalty of a one-night rate, tax and resort tariff.
